During your session, we’ll explore your scalp health, hair concerns, base sizes, fiber options, and customization possibilities. You’ll receive a personalized assessment and guidance so you can choose a topper that feels comfortable, secure, and beautifully natural.

During the appointment, we’ll review your preferences, try on a variety of wigs and toppers, and walk through the different styles, cap constructions, and coverage levels so you can make an informed, confident choice.

We provide haircuts tailored specifically for individuals experiencing hair loss or thinning. Your appointment takes place in a private room with one‑on‑one attention, and our comfort‑focused approach ensures a calm, stress‑free experience designed with your needs in mind.
A 1-hour and 30-minute appointment, prices start at $25
We offer expert cuts tailored to your unique style and preferences, creating a natural, personalized look. Pricing begins at $25 and may vary based on hair length and the time required to achieve your desired style. Most cuts are performed directly on the client and require a scheduled appointment. In some cases, we may be able to complete the cut without an in‑person fitting—if so, we’ll let you know. Certain wig or topper cuts may need to be performed after the piece has been refreshed, which will require an in‑person appointment. Once your wig or topper is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange pick‑up.
Drop‑Off Cleaning & Refresh Service — $55
Our refresh service includes gentle detangling, deep cleansing, conditioning, and steam styling to revive your wig or topper’s natural movement and shine. When needed, a light trim is included to refresh the ends and restore the overall shape. We use specialized care products to remove dirt, oils, and buildup, helping the fibers stay fresh, vibrant, and soft to the touch. With regular maintenance, your piece not only looks its best but also enjoys a longer lifespan. For drop‑offs, please visit during designated hours from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or call ahead to confirm availability. If you need a different time, we’re happy to arrange a schedule that works for you. You’ll be notified as soon as your item is ready for pick‑up.
Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. For those who need additional flexibility, appointments outside these hours can be arranged by request. We also offer walk‑in hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for anyone who would like to browse, ask questions, or learn more about the services we provide.
Walk-ins
We aim to provide a personalized experience for every client, offering dedicated time, attention, and individualized care in a clean, sanitized, and private environment. To help us serve you best, we ask that consultation appointments be booked in advance. While we may be able to accommodate walk‑ins when availability allows, calling ahead is strongly recommended to ensure we can reserve the time you need.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for items that are not to your satisfaction. All services are performed at your request, and by agreeing to accept service from us or leaving your piece(s) with us, you waive the right to seek reimbursement, replacement, or any form of compensation for outcomes related to these services.
