Return Policy – Keltic Bee

Consultation & Commitment

We understand that choosing the right product is a personal decision. That’s why we dedicate a full hour or more during your consultation to ensure you feel confident and secure in your selection. We always confirm your readiness before finalizing any order.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Backordered items, as these are considered special orders outside our regular stock
  • Wigs, toppers, and other custom orders, which are tailored specifically to your preferences

Refund & Defective Product Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, fit issues, color concerns, or changes of mind. However, if you believe your item may be defective, we are happy to work with the manufacturer to determine whether they will stand behind their product.

If an item is deemed defective by the manufacturer and was purchased in our shop or shipped directly to you:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs from the original order will be deducted from the refund
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs

All determinations regarding defects are made by the manufacturer. We will advocate on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee approval.

 
Return Eligibility for a Defective Item

To qualify for a return on an item that has been officially deemed defective by the manufacturer, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
  • If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs

Approval of a defective return is determined solely by the manufacturer. We will assist with the process, but we cannot guarantee approval.


Return Shipping & Insurance

We recommend using USPS with insurance coverage to protect the value of your return. Keltic Bee is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected.
