In-Salon Service Policy for Wigs & Toppers
We’re honored you’ve chosen one of our wigs or toppers. Every piece purchased in our salon is cared for with the same attention, respect, and expertise that went into helping you select it. We follow the manufacturer’s recommended care for all in‑salon purchases, and we’re committed to helping you keep your piece looking and feeling its best.
We’re happy to provide washing, styling, steaming, and maintenance services for wigs and toppers purchased here. While we take great care with every item, normal wear, shedding, color changes, and texture changes can occur over time with regular use and are not considered defects. These natural changes are part of the normal lifespan of any wig or topper.
Services performed on in‑salon purchases do not include warranties, guarantees, refunds, or replacements for changes that occur through regular wear or after services have been completed. Our role is to care for your piece to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or prevent natural aging of the fibers.
By requesting service or leaving your piece with us, you acknowledge and accept this care policy for in‑salon purchases.

Service Policy for Wigs & Toppers Purchased Elsewhere
We’re happy to care for your wig or topper, even if it wasn’t purchased in our salon. Every piece left with us is handled with attention, respect, and the manufacturer’s recommended care. Because outside pieces come from a wide range of brands and retailers, we provide these services under a dedicated policy to ensure clarity and transparency.
We’re glad to offer washing, styling, steaming, and maintenance services for wigs and toppers purchased elsewhere. All services for outside pieces are provided as‑is and without warranty, guarantee, refund, or replacement. Each piece may respond differently to care and styling, and we cannot promise specific results or outcomes.
While we take great care with every item, we are not responsible for any changes that may occur during or after service, including shedding, color shifts, wear, or other issues. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for pieces that do not meet expectations after services have been completed.
By requesting service or leaving your piece with us, you acknowledge and accept this as‑is, no‑warranty service policy for wigs and toppers purchased outside our salon.
Keltic Bee Toppers
At our cozy Clayton shop, we provide free consultations, science-backed regrowth treatments, and supportive hair care.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with our first appointment at 10:00 AM and our last appointment at 2:00 PM. Additional times may be available by request. We’re happy to take walk‑ins when we’re in the shop—just call or text ahead to be sure we’re there. Walk‑ins are great for browsing, asking questions, or learning more about what we offer.
