Consultation & Commitment

We understand that choosing the right product is a personal decision. That’s why we dedicate a full hour or more during your consultation to ensure you feel confident and secure in your selection. We always confirm your readiness before finalizing any order.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Backordered items, as these are considered special orders outside our regular stock

• Wigs, toppers, and other custom orders, which are tailored specifically to your preferences

Defective Items

While general refunds are not offered, we will work with you to resolve any issues related to defective products. If an item is deemed defective and was shipped to you:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Shipping costs from the original order will be deducted from the refund

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs

Return Eligibility for a Defective Item

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be in original packaging and condition

• A proof of purchase is required

• Items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible

• If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Return Shipping & Insurance

We recommend using USPS with insurance coverage to protect the value of your return. Keltic Bee is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected.
