Can I come in and try on toppers?

If we’re not in a consultation, we’re happy to show you what we have in stock. While we don’t typically accept walk‑ins for consultations or try‑ons, we may be able to accommodate a same‑day appointment if a time slot is available or if we’re free when you arrive. To check availability, please call ahead.

How many toppers can I try on, and can I purchase a topper the same day?

During your consultation, we will gather information to help select the best options for you to try on. Our goal is to find the perfect match so you can feel confident and beautiful.

If you find a topper that suits your needs and preferences, you can purchase it on the same day.

How much do your wigs or toppers typically cost?

We offer a range of toppers to fit different needs and budgets. Pricing varies depending on the type of hair, cap construction, and customization.

Do you have options at different price points for different needs?"

Yes—we offer a range of options at different price points to suit your needs. During your consultation, we’ll walk through styles, comfort, and budget together to help you find the best fit.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer a convenient payment option through PayPal. Please ask us for details.

What is your special order policy?

To place a special order, a deposit of 50% of the total cost, including taxes and shipping, is required. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit was made in cash, a check will be issued to the last known address in our database. No exceptions.

This does not apply if we order a wig for you during your consultation. 

Are your toppers covered by insurance?

Do you help with Insurance and reimbursement?

We are a recognized prosthetic supplier, equipped with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. This identifier facilitates the process of filing for insurance reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for information about coverage and reimbursement.

What is your return policy?

We dedicate a full hour to ensure your complete satisfaction. During our consultation, we thoroughly discuss the details of the products we offer, ensuring you fully understand the material and quality of our toppers. We ask a range of questions to find the perfect fit tailored to your needs. We also encourage you to ask questions, and we strive to answer all your inquiries.

Due to the personal nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What is your check payment policy?

We accept checks for purchases under $250. For amounts over $250, acceptance will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Proof of address and a valid ID are required for payment by check. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Unresolved returned checks will be subject to small claims litigation, including all associated fees.

What special discounts do you offer?

We proudly offer a 10% discount for First Responders and Military/Veterans with a valid ID.

What are your payment methods?

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates in denominations of $25, $50, and $100.

How long does a topper typically last with regular wear?

Most toppers last anywhere from 6–12 months, depending on the fiber type, how often you wear it, and how well it’s cared for. With proper maintenance and gentle handling, many clients get even longer wear.
