While we don’t typically accept walk‑ins for consultations or try‑ons, we may be able to accommodate a same‑day appointment if a time slot is available or if we’re free when you arrive. To place a special order, a deposit of 50% of the total cost, including taxes and shipping, is required. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit was made in cash, a check will be issued to the last known address in our database. No exceptions.
This does not apply if we order a wig for you during your consultation.

We are a recognized prosthetic supplier, equipped with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. This identifier facilitates the process of filing for insurance reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for information about coverage and reimbursement.

During our consultation, we thoroughly discuss the details of the products we offer, ensuring you fully understand the material and quality of our toppers. We ask a range of questions to find the perfect fit tailored to your needs. We also encourage you to ask questions, and we strive to answer all your inquiries.
Due to the personal nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We accept checks for purchases under $250. For amounts over $250, acceptance will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Proof of address and a valid ID are required for payment by check. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Unresolved returned checks will be subject to small claims litigation, including all associated fees.
