While we don’t typically accept walk‑ins for consultations or try‑ons, we may be able to accommodate a same‑day appointment if a time slot is available or if we’re free when you arrive. We offer a wide range of toppers and wigs designed to fit different needs, styles, and budgets. Pricing varies based on the type of hair, cap construction, and the level of customization you choose.
Yes — we offer a range of options at different price points to suit your needs. During your consultation, we’ll explore styles, comfort, and budget together so you can confidently choose the topper or wig that feels like the perfect fit.
We also offer a convenient payment option through PayPal. If you’d like to use this method, just let us know, and we’ll walk you through the details.
To place a special order, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit includes the total cost of the item, taxes, and shipping. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase, a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit was made in cash, a refund check will be mailed to the last known address in our system. No exceptions.
This policy does not apply to toppers or wigs ordered for you during your consultation.

We are a recognized prosthetic supplier and maintain an active National Provider Identifier (NPI). This designation allows clients to use our documentation when filing for insurance reimbursement for a cranial prosthesis.

Because each piece is customized to the individual, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Our bank is moving away from checks due to increasing fraud concerns, but we understand that some clients still prefer this payment method. We continue to accept checks with a few safeguards in place. We do not accept checks over $200. All checks require a valid ID and proof of address, and acceptance is determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
A $55 fee will be applied to any returned checks. Unresolved returned checks will be pursued through small claims court, including all associated fees.

Most toppers last anywhere from 6–12 months, depending on the fiber type, how often you wear it, and how well it’s cared for. With proper maintenance and gentle handling, many clients enjoy even longer wear.
